Jackbit Sportsbook - They took my money and closed my account for no reason

Hi AskGamblers team,

I really need your help.

I had $1,871 in my Jackbit account, and now there’s only $796 left. They suddenly took the rest of my money and told me that my account will be closed because I “broke the rules.” But I didn’t do anything wrong at all — I just placed a few normal sports bets.

They asked me to go through verification, and I did everything they asked. A few days later, I even got an email that said my verification was successful. But right after that, they removed over $1,000 from my balance and told me my account is getting shut down.

I honestly don’t understand what’s going on. I followed all their rules, didn’t use any tricks or anything shady. I just want my money back and a clear explanation.

Please help me understand what happened and what I can do. This feels really unfair.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
