Jackbit Sportsbook - Delaying verification and stopping withdrawals

I registered and played on Jack.com for approximately one week. During this period, everything was completely fine while I was losing money. I was even awarded free bets twice during my time on the platform.

However, after my account went into a small profit, the situation changed immediately.

My withdrawals were suddenly disabled, and I was asked to complete an identity verification process. I completed the requested verification, but the verification process did not appear to progress, and my withdrawal requests continued to be rejected.

I contacted Jack.com by email to ask why my withdrawals were being rejected and what was required from me to complete the verification.

Instead of receiving an explanation or an opportunity to resolve the issue, I subsequently lost access to my account entirely.

At the time my account was blocked, I had approximately $650 on my balance.

I have not violated any of Jack.com's rules or terms. The operator had no issues with my account while I was losing money, including awarding me free bets. The restrictions and account closure only occurred after I started winning and ended up with a relatively small profit.

I am therefore asking Jack.com to provide a clear explanation for:

The status of my verification and why it was not completed.
Why my withdrawals were rejected after I completed the requested verification.
Most importantly, the return of my $650 balance.

I am willing to cooperate with any legitimate verification procedure and provide any documents reasonably required to verify my identity.

I hope AskGamblers can help mediate this situation and assist in obtaining a clear explanation and the release of my remaining balance.

Good afternoon, my account is limited in withdrawing funds, support asked me to pass a video verification, which I successfully sent to them by mail. 5 days have passed and my issue has still not been resolved, although the conditions state that this verification does not take more than 72 hours.
Please help resolve this issue. I am in no way refusing to provide the necessary information, but support, in turn, is deliberately delaying the verification process.

I had $1,871 in my Jackbit account, and now there’s only $796 left. They suddenly took the rest of my money and told me that my account will be closed because I “broke the rules.” But I didn’t do anything wrong at all — I just placed a few normal sports bets.

They asked me to go through verification, and I did everything they asked. A few days later, I even got an email that said my verification was successful. But right after that, they removed over $1,000 from my balance and told me my account is getting shut down.
