Jackbit Sportsbook - Delaying verification and stopping withdrawals

Hello,

I created my account on Jackbit and made a deposit with cryptocurrency. I bet on sports and won some money. I even won a four-match tennis parlay. I tried to withdraw, but it was rejected.

I received a message on the site and an email saying I had to complete KYC verification. I did so, sending everything they asked for: ID and proof of address. I received an email from them saying my verification process was successful.

Then I made another withdrawal, which was also rejected. I tried again, and the same thing happened. I received an email from the site saying I had to complete a video verification process. (Image attached.) I did it; I had to enter the date, show my ID, and speak in English, using selfie mode. I completed it and sent it. I received a message saying it was approved.

I then tried to make the withdrawal, and it was rejected again, requesting video verification once more. I replied that I had already completed it and it had been approved. They stopped responding.

I have over $2,600 USD that I can't withdraw.

I find this whole situation disrespectful.
