20.01. I made withdrawal. The status is still pending. In the chat they inform that the withdrawal takes up to 5 business days. I've contacted support about this several times, and they always respond with the same message: they've forwarded the matter to the support department. Nothing has really changed. My account was verified a long time ago. Attached is the correspondence from the chat.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BetPlays Sportsbook management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Accusing a customer of violating Article 3 is typically the easiest procedure to deprive them of funds in their account. I encourage you to read reviews on other forums about how willingly this company pays out funds to its customers.
This simply cannot be proven. I have never, and will never, have a single account with my details. I logged in from both my computer and my phone.
I deny being accused of violating Articles 3 and 9. I was robbed of my money through a traditional census, which I deposited using a verified method. I made several deposits, and this company is so thieving that it confiscated both my winnings and my deposit under a false pretext.
Provide proof of breaking the regulations.

Following a comprehensive review of the customer's account and betting activity, we have identified violations of our General Terms and Conditions. Specifically, the customer has contravened Rule 3. Rule 9. Rule 16. and Rule 17. as outlined in our terms, which can be accessed at:

Our investigation confirmed that the customer is linked to another account via Device Key and used sports bonuses in a coordinated manner.
