No Payment for 14 Days

First the withdrawal was promised within 24 hours, then it was 5 buisness days as stated in their t&c and now i waited 2 full weeks (including 10 buisness days) and still have not been paid. I am awaiting a withdrawal of 3623 usdc. The support team does tell me since a full week that the withdrawal would be handled with ,,priority´´ and i will be paid as soon as possible. There is no end in sight.

Hello, no there are no updates, they still did not pay. Support gets increasingly more rude for me asking for updates on this matter. ,,You dont need to ask all the time, we will send you an email once the withdrawal is processed´´

I used to have weekly withdraws completed in 5 business days. Then it was 3 weeks, then 3 months. The last withdraw was two weeks ago. I called customer service and say say the same things like: there are a number of pending withdraws that could extend the usual withdraw time. And they have escalated your request to the finance people.

I would keep gambling, but I've also been recently limited after a solid year of using the site.

I want to either gamble more or withdrawal my money.

Delayed payment for 2 months now

I've been trying to withdrawal from betplays for over 2 months now. They updated the website so I decided cancel and resubmit my withdrawal as I thought it might've been delayed due to the new changes. So here I am 2 weeks later still waiting for a 4000 withdrawal and getting the same answer from chat and none from their email. This is getting ridiculous, apparently this is how they treat their "VIPs"

Pending Withdrawal since Jan 26th

I have used Betplays for sports and the casino for months. I have had several withdrawals that only took the 5 business days. My last successful withdrawal took 3 weeks, my last pending withdrawal for $5000 is going on 3 months now.

I have contacted customer support every day, I keep getting the similar messages like:

Delay since Jan 30th

I made a withdrawal on Jan 30 for$3000 and I have not received it. I’ve made multiple withdrawals never with any issue until my last withdrawal which took 18 days to receive. This time, still nothing. I’ve contacted them via chat and WhatsApp and have had no resolution. Each time I am assured that I will be paid ASAP.

20.01. I made withdrawal. The status is still pending. In the chat they inform that the withdrawal takes up to 5 business days. I've contacted support about this several times, and they always respond with the same message: they've forwarded the matter to the support department. Nothing has really changed. My account was verified a long time ago. Attached is the correspondence from the chat.

I have been waiting for my withdrawl since 01-22, and I talked with the support 4 times. They keep saying they will escalate the case, and the team will return to me on mail but nothing happens. 3000 EUR delayed pending withdrawal for 15 days

Hi, I play with BetPlays casino for a couple of years and for that period time I´ve never had an issues with withdrawals, they used to pay me in about 5-7 days which was totally acceptable according to their Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately now there is a pending withdrawal of the amount 3000 EUR which comes from fair winnings already for 15 days which is very frustrating and what is worse the customer support still gives me the same answers for my questions that the payments department is overloaded by work and I need to wait. I tried to solve it with the casino myself but now I´m afraid that it´s impossible.

No winnings are withdrawn

Please help with the withdrawal of funds, I made the withdrawal on 06/04/25 in support they said that the withdrawal of funds is carried out within 5 working banking days to my card from which I made a deposit, alas, more than a day has passed, my 292 dollars are not withdrawn and they refer to some kind of deportation that will provide me with an answer in my opinion withdrawal of funds, but in the end, no response comes to me, not to the mail, not to the site notifications, they always write in the chat that you need to wait, you need to wait, and how long to wait if they do not meet the deadline that they themselves told me!
