My first withdrawal of 10,000 was successfully processed and credited to my account. However, when I tried to withdraw 5,0000, the withdrawal option was blocked and the casino requested verification.
Unfortunately, I made more than 6 attempts during the verification process by mistake, and now my verification option has been blocked. At the moment, I cannot submit my documents until the verification option is reopened.
Therefore, I kindly request that my verification option be opened again so that I can provide the necessary documents and complete the process. The total disputed amount is 5,0000.
