I am reporting an incorrect settlement involving a refunded bet that was later charged as a loss.

I have contacted BC.Game support multiple times regarding this issue. The responses I received were generic and did not address the core problem (a refunded bet later being settled as a loss). A ticket was opened but later closed with the statement that the bet was settled correctly, without explaining the refund-to-loss transition or the duplicate deduction. I have some saved chat logs if it's of interest.

At this point everything is as it should be, I have lost my $172, bet B is not active (Refunded). I have basically $0 in my account. What follows is the issue:

* Bet B later changed from “refunded” to “loss”

*Additional deductions applied:
- Timestamp: 2026-04-25 15:45:01 (?)
- Timestamp: 2026-04-25 16:11:15
Observe that the main secondary rollback appeared roughly 9 minutes after deposit and not instantly.

Why this is incorrect:
* A refunded bet (odds 1) has no risk and cannot later become a loss
* The bet was not re-issued, and I did not have sufficient balance at that time
* The same wager ($336) was effectively deducted twice

Impact:
* Total loss (~$508) exceeded my original balance (~$172), should not be possible.

Requested resolution:
* Refund of the incorrectly deducted $336

I have attached the transaction history as well as the two bets settled as losses (unfortunately I did not screenshot bet B while it had status "Refunded", because I did not expect there to be any issues). Observe the odds of 1 for bet B.

based on the exact rollback amounts shown in the transaction history.

To clarify the difference from the initially stated $336:
* $336 refers to the nominal bet amount
* $335.36 reflects the actual deducted amount recorded in the transaction log

This amount corresponds to the second rollback applied to Bet ID 2659812339632709875 after it had already been refunded.

I won NGN 470,000 on BC.GAME and attempted to withdraw my winnings. The platform requires Advanced KYC before any withdrawal. I submitted valid identification multiple times, but the system would not allow verification after reaching the maximum attempt limit.

I contacted support multiple times requesting:

Escalation to a senior compliance officer

Alternative ways to withdraw my funds

Support repeatedly refused, citing Terms of Service Clause 8.3, which only states that verification is required prior to withdrawal, but does not authorize permanent withholding of funds.

At this stage, my winnings remain locked, and the platform refuses to provide any procedure to recover them or confirm their status.

My account with bc game is closed. I've reached out to multiple emails multiple times with zero response and zero explanation given. i don't have multiple accounts with these guys. i deposit, i withdraw, i win, i lose. I've spent 10s of thousands at this sportsbook and I'm a losing player overall. account has been shut down for absolutely zero reason. i have screenshots of emails that I've sent (with zero response) from bc.game.

I have 2k in there, i just want to withdraw and shut my account down with these guys.

Withdrawal issues with BC.Game

I can't initiate a withdrawal on the BC.Game site.

I tried for the first time 2 weeks ago; the withdrawal function was still available then, but they always returned the request. Since then, the function has not been available "under maintenance." This is the error message.

I tried to contact customer service, but only a chatbot answered. The answer is always to wait until the function is fixed.

I also tried to write to them by email, but they don't answer.

No withdrawals due to missing OTP code

I have been trying to withdraw funds from my BC.Game account for several weeks, but I am unable to do so because I do not receive any OTP (One-Time Password) codes — neither by email nor by phone (SMS).

Without the OTP, I cannot confirm withdrawals, verify my phone number, or add a Google Authenticator. This means the account is effectively locked, and no verification method can be completed.

I even suggested to BC.Game support that we try updating my contact information and email address, or adding a phone number to receive OTP via SMS. However, every attempt to do so fails because no OTP is delivered at any step — not by email and not by phone.

Despite this, the live chat continues to repeat the same responses such as “refresh,” “try again,” or “check your spam folder.” This approach feels dismissive and uncooperative, as the issue clearly requires technical investigation rather than superficial advice. I have already tested multiple devices, browsers, and networks, and confirmed that my registered email and phone number are correct and active.

The situation has persisted for weeks, and my account remains blocked from withdrawals due to this OTP system failure. My account currently holds approximately 2 ETH, which I cannot access because I cannot verify or confirm any actions without receiving the OTP code.

I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance to ensure BC.Game pays out my funds.

Void Bet Settled as A Loser

I had a 2 leg correct score tennis bet. The first one won but the second between Tien and Medvedev was void at 4-0 in the third.

As per their own terms and conditions, any bet where there is a retirement where the outcome is undecided, is void. Yet, they have settled mine as a Loser. I have attached their rules which they even sent me on the chat and the bet in question.

BC.Game Sportbook - Account closure

I created my bc game account with Google and I usually login with Google until they removed login with Google option and I couldn't login any more. I then contact their support team and I was told my account is permanently closed due to violation of their rules. Till now I still don't know the rule I violated their support simply stopped the chat. I still have money in the account and I would have to have my money back even if they will be closing the account.

Request to withdraw the remaining funds has been denied

I didn't violate anything. I deposited funds, placed a bet of 600 USDT and won 2,130 USDT. Then I lost two bets of 500 USDT each. After that, I placed a bet of 1,130 USDT and won again 3,711 USDT .

Following this, I completed the verification process: I verified my account, submitted my ID, filled in my email address, and entered my phone number.

Then they asked for verification. I sent my ID and did face verification, but they refused to verify me and completely blocked access to my account. I'm an honest player, and I know that bc.game is a very reputable company, and they probably have some kind of technical error with verification, which is why they're not paying out money. I need help because I'm an honest player and I'm in the right.
