I can't initiate a withdrawal on the BC.Game site.
I tried for the first time 2 weeks ago; the withdrawal function was still available then, but they always returned the request. Since then, the function has not been available "under maintenance." This is the error message.
I tried to contact customer service, but only a chatbot answered. The answer is always to wait until the function is fixed.
I also tried to write to them by email, but they don't answer.
I would like your help with this.
