No withdrawals due to missing OTP code
I have been trying to withdraw funds from my BC.Game account for several weeks, but I am unable to do so because I do not receive any OTP (One-Time Password) codes — neither by email nor by phone (SMS).
Without the OTP, I cannot confirm withdrawals, verify my phone number, or add a Google Authenticator. This means the account is effectively locked, and no verification method can be completed.
I even suggested to BC.Game support that we try updating my contact information and email address, or adding a phone number to receive OTP via SMS. However, every attempt to do so fails because no OTP is delivered at any step — not by email and not by phone.
Despite this, the live chat continues to repeat the same responses such as “refresh,” “try again,” or “check your spam folder.” This approach feels dismissive and uncooperative, as the issue clearly requires technical investigation rather than superficial advice. I have already tested multiple devices, browsers, and networks, and confirmed that my registered email and phone number are correct and active.
The situation has persisted for weeks, and my account remains blocked from withdrawals due to this OTP system failure. My account currently holds approximately 2 ETH, which I cannot access because I cannot verify or confirm any actions without receiving the OTP code.
I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance to ensure BC.Game pays out my funds.
