Permanently locked my account after winning and accused of prohibited techniques without proof

I opened a BC.Game account on June 28, 2025, and deposited 0.280275 ETH (≈CA$934.36) from my personal wallet.

I placed three bets on the India vs England cricket match — one main wager on India to win (CA$860.10) and two smaller side bets also favoring India. In total, I wagered my full deposit on this match.

After all bets won, I withdrew CA$1,586.67 (winnings) to my wallet and left my original deposit (CA$934.36) in the account. A few hours later, I was locked out with a message: “Your Account is Temporarily Unavailable.” I submitted all required recovery info (wallet screenshots, device, IP address, etc.).

Four days later, BC.Game replied that my account was permanently locked for “engaging in prohibited techniques,” without any specifics or proof — I literally placed a legitimate bet on a major, international cricket match and won.

This feels extremely unethical, and I’m now locked out of both my winnings and my deposit, with no real explanation or justification. I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist.

Apologies to AskGamblers for another update — I’m simply following protocol to keep the record accurate.

I have now received a FOURTH generic email from BC.Game (three this afternoon alone) — see attached.

These messages all avoid addressing my specific situation or providing any evidence.

I remain locked out of my account with no resolution and respectfully ask AskGamblers to note this ongoing lack of meaningful response.

I’ve now received a THIRD email from BC.Game, once again stating that my account is “permanently locked due to a violation of Terms of Service.” However, this message provides no specific reason, no explanation, and no reference to previous claims (first “prohibited techniques,” then “bonus abuse”).

This shifting narrative, without any evidence or details, makes it impossible to understand or resolve the issue.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to take this third message into account.

I have just received a new email (see attached) from BC.Game stating that my account was closed due to “bonus abuse.” However, I have never claimed or used any bonus — not even once. This is now the second conflicting explanation I’ve been given, with no supporting evidence for either (the first being “prohibited techniques”).

I literally deposited funds and placed a sports bet — nothing more.

I remain locked out of both my deposit and winnings, with no clear explanation or resolution. I respectfully ask AskGamblers to take this new information into account.

BC.Game Sportsbook - Duplicate rollback ledger error
I am reporting an incorrect settlement involving a refunded bet that was later charged as a loss.

I have contacted BC.Game support multiple times regarding this issue. The responses I received were generic and did not address the core problem (a refunded bet later being settled as a loss). A ticket was opened but later closed with the statement that the bet was settled correctly, without explaining the refund-to-loss transition or the duplicate deduction. I have some saved chat logs if it's of interest.

At this point everything is as it should be, I have lost my $172, bet B is not active (Refunded). I have basically $0 in my account. What follows is the issue:

* Bet B later changed from “refunded” to “loss”

*Additional deductions applied:

Observe that the main secondary rollback appeared roughly 9 minutes after deposit and not instantly.

Why this is incorrect:
* A refunded bet (odds 1) has no risk and cannot later become a loss
* The bet was not re-issued, and I did not have sufficient balance at that time
* The same wager ($336) was effectively deducted twice

Impact:
* Total loss (~$508) exceeded my original balance (~$172), should not be possible.

Requested resolution:
* Refund of the incorrectly deducted $336

I have attached the transaction history as well as the two bets settled as losses (unfortunately I did not screenshot bet B while it had status "Refunded", because I did not expect there to be any issues). Observe the odds of 1 for bet B.

I am raising this complaint on AskGamblers regarding three separate UPI deposits made to BC.Game, all of which were successfully completed from my bank but never credited to my casino account. Despite submitting all required proofs multiple times, the deposits remain in a *pending* state, and I have received no meaningful response from a human support agent.

No withdrawals due to missing OTP code
I have been trying to withdraw funds from my BC.Game account for several weeks, but I am unable to do so because I do not receive any OTP (One-Time Password) codes — neither by email nor by phone (SMS).

Without the OTP, I cannot confirm withdrawals, verify my phone number, or add a Google Authenticator. This means the account is effectively locked, and no verification method can be completed.

I even suggested to BC.Game support that we try updating my contact information and email address, or adding a phone number to receive OTP via SMS. However, every attempt to do so fails because no OTP is delivered at any step — not by email and not by phone.

Despite this, the live chat continues to repeat the same responses such as “refresh,” “try again,” or “check your spam folder.” This approach feels dismissive and uncooperative, as the issue clearly requires technical investigation rather than superficial advice. I have already tested multiple devices, browsers, and networks, and confirmed that my registered email and phone number are correct and active.

The situation has persisted for weeks, and my account remains blocked from withdrawals due to this OTP system failure. My account currently holds approximately 2 ETH, which I cannot access because I cannot verify or confirm any actions without receiving the OTP code.

I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance to ensure BC.Game pays out my funds.
