Alpha Affiliates - Wrong numbers and late payment

I have been working with them for two months. I have a small community of 50 ultra-vip players and my players tell me when they deposit and withdraw. I negotiated with support 0 bonuses for them to avoid problems. I quickly realized that the figures on the affiliation platform did not correspond to reality. They count me 2k of GGR instead of 20K. The manager tells me that it is a problem with the affiliate platform and confirms my figures.

It's been a month since this was supposed to be fixed but still nothing. The affiliate manager tells me that he doesn't understand but not to worry and that it's a global problem. however I don't think I would have known if I wasn't in contact with my players. This looks like theft!! in the end they validate me 3k out of the 7k that I am supposed to receive (they say they continue to try to repair the system and that they will validate the rest later) and I have been requesting withdrawal for 10 days but they tell me that it is necessary wait until the end of the month to be paid last month's commissions... for the moment everything seems to indicate that they are scamming the affiliates.

I have been patient for almost a month. It’s good to recognize that there is a problem but for the moment nothing has been fixed and nothing has been paid. I really like Igor but he tells me not to worry and that it will be sorted but nothing has changed for a month.
of course I will warn everyone when all the problems are behind us…

we agreed on last month’s commission. (they finally calculated manually). I was paid part of this commission today and I am waiting for the rest.

Dear Alpha Affiliates Program,


Kindly note that as per the AGCCS Terms any side involved is allowed to request reopening of the complaint case up to two times.


This particular complaint last time ended up as Unresolved, so the complainant asked for its reopening.


We would appreciate if you could please update the thread accordingly this particular issue related, whether it has been solved or not in the meantime and if there is some money owned to the complainant or not?
