I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding the non-payment of affiliate commissions owed to us by the operators of the Vicibet and CasinoInfinity affiliate program.

Outstanding Amount

The total outstanding balance is €10,440, broken down as follows:

Vicibet: €6,480
CasinoInfinity: €3,960

Total Due: €10,440

Background

Our cooperation with the affiliate program began in April, with communication dating back to 9 April.

Before sending traffic, we discussed the cooperation in detail with the affiliate manager. During those conversations:

The affiliate manager asked whether we could provide traffic for several GEOs.
We confirmed that we could.
We agreed to start the campaign after receiving confirmation from their side.

KPI Discussion

After traffic had already been sent, the affiliate manager attempted to introduce KPI requirements that had never been agreed upon before the campaign started.

The attached conversations clearly demonstrate this:

Initially, no KPI requirements were mentioned.
The only figure discussed before launch was "10 CAP per GEO", which is also confirmed in the onboarding questionnaire.
When KPI requirements were later mentioned, they related only to the CH (Switzerland) GEO with a reduced KPI.
We immediately objected because no such conditions had been agreed for the remaining GEOs.

When we pointed this out, the affiliate manager claimed that KPI requirements had been discussed previously. However, despite reviewing the chat history, there is no prior communication confirming such KPIs before the campaign began.

The screenshots clearly document this exchange.

Payment Delays

Following completion of the campaign, payment became the main issue.

For the past several months:

We have repeatedly requested payment.
We have received numerous assurances that payment was being processed.
The affiliate manager consistently stated that he was "doing everything he could."
Despite these repeated promises, no payment has ever been made.

At this point, several months have passed since the campaign concluded, yet the outstanding balance remains unpaid.

Evidence Provided

I am attaching screenshots demonstrating:

The beginning of our cooperation.
The agreement to start the campaign.
The later attempt to introduce KPI requirements after traffic had already been delivered.
The onboarding questionnaire showing only the agreed test CAP.
The ongoing conversations regarding payment.
Repeated promises that payment would be made.
The continued failure to settle the outstanding commissions.
