Alpha Affiliates - Unpaid comissions

Hi

We have pending affiliate commission for the period Nov-Dev, we have been pushing for the payment for a month now, without receiving the payments. The total commission is €1.840, and we are hoping to get this case settled soon.
Nov payment was approved and requested 05/12 and Dec was requested 07/01. No contact from manager and management at all, I'm being ignored.

We would like to clarify that Alpha Affiliates constantly communicates with its partners and makes payments entirely. However, the processing time may increase if you rarely contact your manager. On the early beggining I just want to clarify, that signature VMG have nothing common with any company, as it can be shortcut of Very Much Grateful. Looking for complaints I just checked the others to get some "form", nothing more.

All in All, Roman is a part of the managers group and seems He was also eyeing into my case during that time when I was asking about my commisions being not paid, but I got nothing more than is visible on screen below, just the question.

Extra fact is, that 10th January after weeks of silence and not answering to any of my messages even tho I saw my manager online all time long, my deal rules was changed just like that (after two bills not paid) and even after that I got left without a single reply. Fun fact is my manager was mentioning "low quality traffic", but Roman just today is speaking of fraudulent. Please: pick one excuse.

My deal was based on streaming leading to seo and so I was doing my job and got left ignored my entire team of Alpha Affiliate. Well done!

I'd appreciate a lot if askgamblers can take care of this case, because if that's how their affiliate program is working with small streamers that speaks for itself.

All in all, I got a message, that "All issues will be sorted out this week". I can't wait to see.
