After thoroughly examining this issue, we came to the conclusion that the partner never stuck to the deal we agreed on.
Here is detailed information about this case.
The deal was made exclusively for streamer https://www.twitch.tv/torrescv
But streams were never hosted.
While approving the deal the partner was asked about the sources, and we were sent the link to these two channels https://www.twitch.tv/torrescv and https://www.twitch.tv/huninn48
As you can see, we closed the deal only for one streamer that never streamed www.twitch.tv/torrescv
Time passed but streams were never hosted, we always received excuses why streams were being postponed.
After the traffic started, we asked about the way these FTDs were made (because there were no streams)
Our manager was told that its source was NOT streaming, but sharing the link on Discord (the source that was never approved)
I would like to stress that we are always open to dialogue and ready to compromise, so we asked once again to host streams and notified the partner about the poorest quality of the traffic.
We attach all the screenshots of the chat
Also the players were sent notifications and special bonuses, but it was useless.
We notified the partner about it, sending information about the average sum of deposits and amount of deposits per player.
There were 21 FTDs total (including one duplicated player and 4 players that were NOT from approved geos)
And only 5 players out of these 21 made more than 1 deposit - they made per 2 deposits
And sum of deposits per player total - 47 eur, while having hybrid deal of 80 cpa, 35% rs, 25 eur baseline.
In addition to that it looks suspicious that all of his players deposited more than baceline (25 euros)
The quality was shockingly bad, so it raised some suspicions.
We requested feedback from the platform, and received this answer:
"A lot of users got significant matches by brands on the platform (even created accounts through the same affiliate link). It could not be a coincidence. Pretty sure it is a motivated traffic from the partner. Advise you stop any business with the partner"
We value all of our partners, but this situation appeared disrespectful, and even in this situation we want to compromise, we would like to offer payment RS 50% commission plan for these players.
We consider this situation outrageous. The partner never complied with the deal, because we had a deal for streams and there were NO streams, and it looks like the partner had never intended to stick to the terms of the deal.
We are expressing our willingness to pay for this traffic with 50% Revenue share commission plan. We consider this more than fair. In this case the partner should contact his manager.

We spoke with the manager but nothing was resolved, they keep insisting that the traffic is motivated when it wasn't, they seem to be finding excuses so they don't have to pay.
It's not our fault the people that played the casino didn't keep playing on it, maybe they didn't like the interface, the promotions, etc. The bottom line is:it wasn't motivated traffic, the link was shared on our sharing sources (in this case, Discord)
