Alpha Affiliates - Once again impossible to get paid

Once again I have to file a complaint here to get paid. Every month I have to fight to get my commissions. It's getting very tiring, the request was made on the 4th and is still ignored.
In the previous months I also had problems that were resolved only thanks to the complaints I filed here.
In 5 months I have always had problems… The accounts were wrong, and it was impossible to get paid, it’s a disaster. My affiliate manager is very nice but he only apologizes for the situation and remains powerless.

I received my commission today. All is ok and i would like to close the complaint

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
