Alpha Affiliates - Complaint Regarding Unpaid Affiliate Commission for August

I have not received my affiliate commission for the month of August, which was approved on the 9th of September, 2023. According to the terms of the affiliate program, payments were supposed to be made by the end of September. However, as of today, no payment has been received.

I reached out to the affiliate manager for clarification, and they responded with the following statement:
"Hi Simply! I see, unfortunately we still have delays with payments. It'll be paid for sure but I can't promise you any date."

I requested a more specific timeframe for the payment, as such a long delay is unusual and unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have not received any further response.

This delay violates the agreed terms of the affiliate agreement, and I am now seeking assistance from AskGamblers to ensure the payment of the commission owed to me in a timely manner.

I request immediate payment of the 1311.77 EUR commission for August and a detailed explanation from the affiliate program regarding the reason for this delay, as well as confirmation of steps to prevent such delays in the future.
