Alpha Affiliates - No commissions paid

Hello,
No June commissions paid, no word from manager.
Commission payments were requested on July 4 and have not been paid.
No word from the manager, not even a reply.
Had to file a complaint here in hopes of getting my commission back.
It's been a month since this was supposed to be fixed but still nothing.
As for today, they still did not payed.
