Alpha Affiliates - Ignoring own rules

Hello,

Having problems with payments according to the own rules of Alpha Affiliates with Roku Casino which they are representing.

They own rules does not work as for:
COMMISSION AND PAYMENT: 6.2, 6.4
Modification of Terms & Conditions: 10.9

None of it works.

I`ve contacted manager Igor < surname and ID removed > over the Telegram at october 17.2021 (I have all the conversation copied ) with request to withdraw for September amount of 52.31 EUR (and 15.21 EUR for previous periods, 67.52 EUR till september 2021 ends), after few days he sad that he contacted financial department and the minimum for withdraw is 100 EUR (but the rules say 50 EUR for the wallet/casino). I asked why then the rules don't work, he sad that they will figure it out. But many days passed, none answer.

Today, loaded partners profile, I see that the profit for september is gone, but NGR is in place. But I did not receive any payment for that on my skrill wallet (if they did pay, please let them send me transaction ID on that payment).

As for today, they still did not payed.

I've sent you messages with manager(telegram), all the needed screenshots with partner payments from partners profile. If any questions - < email removed >.

Please help solve this problem and ask alpha why they change the rules on their own ?

As for now profit for September has fully returned, manager saying that all will be payed ASAP.

Payments till September 2021 was made today on Skrill.

As manager told, there was an issue with agreements. Somehow my User Agreements was not updated and had old values, but the system worked on the new ones.

They will change it to prevent future misunderstandings with their partners.
