Hello. On my account in a partner account - 115 euros. This amount has accumulated from July to November. Billing information I filled in November. But the payment of money has not arrived. In the partner account, the button for sending messages to the support service does not work - on this occasion I spoke with the support service of Video Slot Casino (Ticket ID: QSP-399-64585), where I was recommended to write to the support service for affiliates. December 6 wrote a message to e-mail affiliates - still no answer.
I can not understand when payments occur in videoslots. The support service replied that payments are made once a month. But did not say what day.
It is strange to see that emails are not answered, and the ability to send messages to the financial service is disabled in the partner account.
