Videoslots Affiliates - Disapproved payments issue going on for months now

Hi, on 07 Nov 2020 my paymen­t w­as ­dis­app­roved for the first time.(Screenshot_1)

On 2 Dec 2020 I got an email from s­upp­ort­@vi­deo­slo­ts.com with a request to confirm my information (Screenshot_2).

I renewed my information on partne­r.v­ide­osl­ots.com in less than an hour, I also sent them full information by email, via Reply.  And ask did they confirm it? (Screenshot_3) 
Sorry for too much blur, I don't wanna share my personal information to everybody. :)

I don't get the answer for my question: all good with my information or not? And don't get payment in December 2020. (Screenshot_1)

So I sent mail via 'Contact Us' on partne­r.v­ide­osl­ots.com: explained the situation, asked all alright with my information or not and also sent them full payment information again just in case.

On 28 Dec 2020 I got an email from s­upp­ort­@vi­deo­slo­ts.com with the answer: that all will be okay, my information will be sorted.(S­cre­ens­hot_4)

But, in January 2021 they didn't even try to send payment and on 07 Feb 2021 my paymen­t w­as ­dis­app­roved again.(Screenshot_1)

From that time I tried again contact them: a couple of times via 'Contact Us' and sent mail on suppor­t@v­ide­osl­ots.co­m (­Scr­een­shot_5)

But no answers and no payment. :(

Hi SERGIY,

Your payments were disapproved as you did not fulfill the requirements stipulated in 6.4.3 of our terms and conditions. Please see below.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

6.4.1 We will not be liable for direct, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages or for any loss, of any nature whatsoever, arising from or in connection with this Affiliate Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Affiliate Agreement and the Programme shall not exceed the total Commission paid or payable by Us to You under this Affiliate Agreement. Our obligations under this Affiliate Agreement do not constitute personal obligations of Our directors, officers, consultants, agents or shareholders. Any liability arising under this Affiliate Agreement shall be satisfied solely from the referral fee generated and is limited to direct damages.

6.5 The Company reserves the right to reduce the Affiliate’s Commission/change the Reward Plan if:

(1) The Affiliate substantially reduces its efforts to promote the Company, except in markets where affiliate activity is restricted (e.g. Netherlands), and/or
(2) the existing Reward Plan results in a financial loss to the Company, and/or
(3) the Affiliate does not generate a minimum of 6 New Depositing Customers in a period of 3 months, except in markets where affiliate activity is restricted (e.g. Netherlands), and/or
(4) in the event of legal/regulatory changes to a market.

So, first you send an email to me and tell: that something is wrong with my information and I must confirm my bank address and address asap to get my affiliate payment.

But, when I renew my information, you ignore me for a long time, then answer: that all will be okay, information will be sorted.

Now, you are telling me that: I did not fulfill the requirements stipulated in 6.4.3 of our terms and conditions.

But, It was not a problem before, I was always a tiny affili­ate.(S­cre­enshot)

Looks like Videoslots starts shaving off small affiliates and their payments! :(

You: Yes, information will be sorted.

We are not making new payments in cases where our terms and conditions are not adhered to. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
