Videoslots Affiliates - Delaying payments for over 6 months

Hello, I'm an affiliate of Videoslots. My affiliate fees have not been paid since May of last year.
When I contacted support, I was told that they will pay if I recruit 6 new depositors, and I immediately got 7 registrants and 6 new depositors.
And then, I've been waiting for more than a month since support asked me for my personal information and they haven't paid or contacted me until now.

The total unpaid fees are € 4913.14. I want them to pay immediately.

I received the payment for December but I have not received any payments from May - November period.

We have double checked all the payouts and they add up.

Please note that in your affiliate account the balance is progressive amount. Each month the commission is added to the total account balance. All your earnings from April 2021 till November 2021 were correctly paid out in December 2021.

To get detailed information of the commissions, you may check Reports -> Earnings to check the total amount of commissions and what has been paid out.
