Videoslots Affiliates - Affiliate payment keeps getting 'Disapproved'

My affilaite payment keeps getting Disapproved. I've mailed videoslots on their suppor­t@v­ide­osl­ots.com e-mail and to affili­ate­s@v­ide­osl­ots.com
But still haven't received any feedback. Tried to get in touch via skype but i'm being ignored aswell. The amount is now up to 230 euro's which i still haven't recceived any feedback or update. There's just some obscure message in the portal that it's dissaproved.

Hello Nicolas,

We finally managed to find your account, thank you for your co-operation.

Our affiliate manger has reviewed your account and, unfortunately, it looks like that you have not met the requirements for the payout. It is stated on term 6.5.3 that an affiliate needs to generate a minimum of 6 new depositing customers in the past 3 months to be eligible for withdrawal.

As you have not met this minimum requirement, our affiliate department is unable to payout the generated funds on the account. The funds remains on the account until the requirement is met.

Well i stopped doing affiliate work .. and no longer maintain the site.
So basically i still have users who deposit and you are denying me those commisions?

Basically if you act on 6.5.3 then i act on 6.5.3 and 6.5.4

As i'm running the business from Belgium i can no longer provide new customers as a lot of regulations have changed of the last 2 years. This is also the reason why i'm not promoting anymore.

Due to your terms and conditions i still have active players, so following your 6.5.3 and 6.5.4 you still owe me the funds
