The theme is old Egypt. Wild symbol represent Indiana Jones. Rabcat, Microgaming and Indiana Jones will take us on the trip trough old Egypt. And all that happens inside of pyramid or old egypt sanctuarie. True archeological adventure. Get yourself ready to this mission.

This video slot features only Free Spins. In order to start this mode you need to collect 3 or more Scatter symbols. Once you collect Scatter symbols 10 Free Spins adventure can start. No matter how many Scatters you collect there is only 10 FS up to grab. 2 Scatter symbols will pay out 2 x your take, 3 4 x your stake. If you manage to collect 4 Scatters they will pay out x 25 your stake and finally for 5 Scatters its x 50 your stake.Sound great. During Free Spins there are fixed symbols and they can increased your wining chances and add some nice prizes on the top of the wining cake.

I never made some success here, my sessions were around average.Every time I trigger Free Spins I thought its time to grab some cash prizes but no, the most I had was 14 euros wins and all that thans to fixed symbols. It appears I am not the only one having troubles to get some decent wins in this very nice designed game. 6/10

When I first looked at this game, River of Riches, I suspected that it couldn't be a Microgaming's game, and I was right. The play screen was totally different from Microgaming's, but I didn't know from which game provider it came from. Not until I saw the intro on the game in Askgamblers. Rabcat! Oh my god! My last 2 experiences with Rabcat games were a total disaster, both of them! The games played so badly that I could only rate them with 1 Star. Now here's another Rabcat game, and my instincts had already told me it's going to be another bad experience. Well, we'll soon see.

The Cowboy is the Wild symbol, it substitutes for other symbols except for the Scatter symbol, but doesn't pay anything for itself, it doesn't double any wins, it doesn't become stacked either. Yeah, a dumb Wild symbol, the 3rd consecutive dumb Wild symbol in 3 consecutive Rabcat games that I have come across. However, in the Free Spins game, it also become an Extra Sticky Wild on reels 2, 3 or 4. This may help a bit in creating some extra winning chances, but I don't see anything special about that. The Scatter symbol pays 50x the total bet amount, which is very low, and getting 3 or more of them triggers 10 free spins without any multiplier. Sheesh! Getting 10 free spins is damn bad enough, but without any multiplier makes it almost useless! As for the symbols in the game, the Pharaoh pays 40x, the Ankh pays 20x, the Scarab pays 10x, the Pyramid pays 10x, and the others pay from 8x to 0.8x, all per total bet for 5 of each kind. A very low paytable indeed, making a mockery of the game's title - River of Riches. What riches? The Wild symbols pay nothing. The Scatters pay so lowly. The other symbols pay even lower. Anyone would be so damn lucky to get any riches at all!

In the Free Spins game, one or more random reels may become Expanded Wild Reels. Oh, really? I only got one Expanded Wild Reel in the 2 Free Spins games that I got. It is also stated that 1 to 4 Extra Wild symbols may appear on the reels during the free spins. Yeah, right. They appeared mostly on reels 4 and 5, without contributing to any wins at all. Only once or twice an Extra Wild symbol appeared on reel 2, but hardly paid anything. The payouts that I got? Would you believe 14x and 15x my bet amount? My credits went bust without ever seeing any decent win, not even any chance of getting back whatever the game had eaten, and the Free Spins games were totally hopeless! Yet again, a very big disappointment from a Rabcat game. Strangely enough, I only know of Microgaming casinos that use any Rabcat games. I guess all other casinos wouldn't want them!

There are some good graphics animations in this game. Also music is not so bad, I like the theme and symbols about old Egypt. The main game is bad for me. I never had any big win here, most of my winnings were lower than my bet. This is really sad, I never expected something like this when I opened it. I played it with 0.50€ bets and I never raised my bet.

The free spins feature is a little better than main game. You can get 10 free spins with some fixed wild symbols on the reels. Those symbols will stay on the same position even if additional free games are won. I like that, but i think retriggering free games is very hard. I received only once free spins feature and my results were 22€ on 0,5€ bet. I do not think this is so good, because I expected more from fixed wild symbols during free games. I had luck on the last spin in the free spins feature, where I won around 14€ for some five of the kind symbols. If I do not count last spin, I would won only 7-8€ which is bad.

I will rate this game with 4 stars. I do not like it.

The payouts during my gameplay session were really low. I expected bigger winnings in main game and also into free spins feature. I will not play this game again in near future, I don't like playing slots where most of my winnings into base game are less than my bet.
