I believe the goal for the game was to look bright and a bit chaotic and I have to say that visually I'm not a big fan of the game. It just feels like there's a bit too much going on. I do like the fact that in the base game, whenever you land 2 scatters, you'll get a respin and the scatters will turn into wilds- I haven't had any major wins from this feature but a few small balance boosters.

You definitely want to get 4 scatter trigger as the scatters then stay as wild symbols in the free spins. And on every spin, they jump around. But the exciting part is that on every spin, on the upper reel there can be different features- such as multipliers, extra spins and a few others. And if the wild jumps on the reel that has a feature, then the feature will be active on that spin. The good thing is that in the free spins the ways to win increases to 729 and row 6 becomes active, so you can potentially create more winning combinations.

I have to say that I don't really enjoy this game much but because the free spins have good winning potential, I've bought the bonus a few times. Only a few times I've managed to get a good win from free spins- it came from Civil War free spins where I got a good win with wild multipliers. But this definitely is a very highly volatile game- for the most part I wouldn't get past 50x in the free spins. 

Overall I'm not a fan of this game- one of the main reasons is the chaotic game design, which gets a bit tiring for the eyes in a longer session. Also I feel like landing the Civil War free spins can be really difficult and the Anarchy ones haven't given me any good wins. I do like the features in general and the bonus round has potential, but for my taste this game is too volatile.

This is by far my favorite game. Had some great wins, the bonus is fun and I just like the excitement the game offers. There are a few NoLimit City games that I play and I like that you can just buy the bonus on these games.
