However, this modern setup does hide a few issues, with the site being unclear in some key areas and having vague terms and conditions surrounding payments, which may be a deterrent for customers. Keep reading this Spinstar review to find out more.

It is headquartered in Costa Rica and holds a license to operate from the government of Costa Rica. Spinstar allows customers to make deposits and withdrawals using both fiat and crypto payment methods. The site allows deposits using Visa/Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, and a small selection of other methods. The minimum deposit on the site is €10.. 

If you are a crypto-bettor, then you can bet with all of the main cryptocurrencies. This includes Bitcoin, Litecoin, Tether, and Ethereum. The minimum bet will vary depending on the method used. 

The site has a minimum withdrawal of €40, which is higher than you will find at a lot of online sportsbooks and may be an issue for some punters. It is also unclear regarding fees, stating that some fees may be applied but that it will not notify you at the cashier.

As we mentioned multiple times throughout this Spinstar review, the site is very modern, and this is reflected in its design. The menus are all clearly laid out, and it is very easy to find the sports or sections you are looking for. 

However, while it is easy to navigate the main pages, some information feels very vague, such as the previously mentioned deposit and withdrawal fees. Having to dig through pages of terms and conditions is never a positive experience and increased transparency is definitely something that the site could benefit from. 

That said, the operator does have a 24/7 live chat customer support service, and you can also reach them through email. In our experience, the customer support team were helpful with most issues. However, they will occasionally just redirect you to the terms and conditions, which, as mentioned, are unclear at times. 

If you want to bet on your mobile, then you can download the Spinstar app on your Android device. It says that there is an option for iOS. However, it just provides instructions on how to add a direct link to the site to your home-screen which, while useful, is not a mobile app.
