Due to the lack of responses from the Moonlite NV group, of which leoncasino is a part, I am writing here to clarify for potential players who are considering playing at this casino.
I was a player at this casino for quite some time, and I did not have sufficient judgment (as I became addicted to casino games while playing here).
This casino claims to have trained professionals to intervene if there are patterns of addiction.
For the first time I tried to close my account, they suggested limiting bets, blocking the casino for an indefinite period (leaving only the sports), but at no point did they ever recommend self‐exclusion (this was the first red flag).
I began entering the chat several times a day to request blocking and unblocking of the casino area; I did this dozens of times a day, and they ignored these signs of addiction (second red flag).
- I requested account closure again, and to avoid doing so, they offered me a VIP manager who appeared with a "bag of money", a poisoned gift (third red flag).
Finally, I gathered the courage and requested self‐exclusion due to addiction, which was ignored because, since I had a VIP manager, I would have to wait for him to be able to close the account, and even then they did not close it, allowing me to play for a few more months (fourth red flag).
- I requested a refund; they denied it and only processed it when I involved the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (fifth red flag).
They only refunded my deposits after my request for self‐exclusion.
I am not satisfied with this outcome, as there was clear bad faith and negligence on the part of the casino from the moment I showed the first signs of addiction, and if they claim to have a trained team, even a three-year-old would understand that a player who requests blocking and unblocking of casino games is either paranoid, crazy, or addicted.
NO LESS IMPORTANT POINT:
Upon investigating together with my lawyer, we realized that the card payments have very dubious beneficiaries such as:
