Refuse to pay and withdrawal error

After depositing 1000$ to Leon and winning 4 bets I was limited to 1$ bets, which prompted me to try and withdraw my money.
When clicking the withdraw button, it then leads you to select the crypto currency you wish to withdraw, you have a multitude of choices ranging from ETH, BTC, LTC, USDT, etc... So I click BTC and this is when the headaches start. It brings up a pop up screen which says "Personal info" and then there is a loading screen (a circle which is just turning and turning, like its searching for something). Nothing happens.
I have been talking to the customer service now for 1 week and they keep telling me to try the same thing.. try another device, try another browser, restart your computer. Nothing works. It's clearly them stalling and trying to avoid paying me.
Ive tried every currency to withdraw, ive tried multiples different devices/browsers on different days.
They keep giving me the run around for payment.
