Editors’ View
Present in countries from all corners of the globe, BetWinner has now been around for six years and has made a name for itself by offering betting on an endless number of sports and eSports and, in the process, supplying a live streaming product that covers many of them.
But whereas your betting options are never-ending here, there’s work to be done in other areas that are key to providing an excellent all-round customer experience and which they’re currently lacking. Our BetWinner review will now go into more detail about the good and the not-so-good aspects of this sportsbook.
General Information and Safety Details about BetWinner
BetWinner has been around since 2018, originally focusing on the Eastern European market before expanding out to other countries, most notably Brazil, India and Nigeria.
They claim on their site to have over 400,000 active customers, which is perfectly plausible given they’ve been around for a few years and are present in countries with such large populations.
They’re based in Cyprus and mostly operate under the Curacao License, although they also hold domestic licenses in Nigeria and Kenya.
BetWinner Bet Payments and Withdrawals
We do lots of bookmaker reviews here at AskGamblers and it’s safe to say we don’t think we’ve ever come across one with as many payment options available as the ones we found here.
They have just over 50 different ones to choose from, and that’s for both deposits and withdrawals. The methods vary from the tried ones across debit cards and e-wallets like Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and ecoPayz to lesser-known e-wallets like Mifinity and Piastrix and self-service terminals.
It’s worth pointing out that 30+ of those methods are cryptocurrencies, and again, they range from the best-known ones like Bitcoin and Ethereum to more obscure ones like Cosmos Atom and Avalanche X-Chain.
There are no charges on either deposits or withdrawals, and all deposits are advertised as instant.
In terms of BetWinner withdrawal options, they’re all advertised as taking no more than 15 minutes to be processed, but we find that a little hard to believe. Most of the best new betting sites allow at least an hour for most payment options when it comes to getting your money out and you’d think that with so many options here, some would take a bit longer.
BetWinner Customer Service and User Experience
The registration process is somewhat unique in that it involves verifying your account either by phone, the One-Click method, by e-mail or via social networks. In each case, you provide your relevant details and verify your account once BetWinner contacts you using your chosen method. As always, you’ll need to choose a username and password for your BetWinner login.
When registering your BetWinner account, you’ll also need to choose the currency you want to deposit/withdraw and play in at BetWinner online. There are close to 100 to choose from (including the different cryptocurrencies).
The site is designed the same way as most betting sites, with all the different sports listed on the left-hand column and tabs to specific pages at the bottom. These include pages on Terms and Conditions (which explain some of the BetWinner betting rules), Contacts, payment methods, and guides to recovering your password, claiming and using bonuses, and the registration process.
Should you need help with anything, you can contact Customer Service by phone, social media, by filling out a form, or via e-mail.
Our BetWinner app review found that you can download and use their quick, user-friendly and intuitive app on either Android or iPhone, though the browser version on your mobile also works well. As a bonus, the dedicated iOS/Android pages explain in great detail how to download the respective apps and highlight some of their features.
BetWinner’s Best Offers
For the most part, the BetWinner sign-up offer looks pretty good. It’s not often that these days you can still get a 100% bonus on your first deposit (in this case up to £€100), but the BetWinner sign up offer isn’t quite as simple as that.
You need to make sure your account details have been provided in full, that a phone number has been activated and that you accepted the BetWinner bonus in the My Account Section or on the Deposit page.
You also need to make sure that you wager through the value of the bonus at least five times before you can withdraw it, with only bets placed on accas with at least three selections in them (and at least three selections in the acca must be at odds of 1.4 or greater) counting towards the wagering requirements.
Beyond the welcome offer, you can look forward to weekly cashback on losing bets, money back on football match winner bets that lost if it was 0-0 at half time, and the Accumulator of the Day promo. Here BetWinner chooses an Acca of the Day each day at their own discretion and if it comes good, you’ll get an extra 10% added to your usual payout.
Betting Features Available at BetWinner
When talking about betting features in our BetWinner bookie review, let’s first highlight some of the best ones that bettors appreciate:
Known here as Bet Slip Sale rather than its more common name of cash-out betting, you can take early profits on bets before they’re settled, with the Auto and Partial Cash-Out features also available.
Live streaming of events across numerous sports, such as football, cricket and table tennis, including competitions that are very rarely streamed elsewhere.
Bettors can access league tables, past results, and stats ahead of an upcoming match, which is useful for both pre-match and in-play betting. You can also create your own Multi-Live page by adding online events to it and betting on them so that you can monitor all your wagers at the same time.
Most Popular Sports at BetWinner
Given that BetWinner is present in lots of different countries, ranging from Eastern European ones to the likes of Brazil, Bangladesh, and India, you can see that the most popular sports here will depend on the geographical market in question.
Football, basketball, cricket, and US Sports are bet on by players from most countries they operate in, though some customers may be a little disappointed that their football product doesn’t offer the chance to put together a Bet Builder, something that most Sportsbooks these days have.
But they’ve certainly left no stone unturned when it comes to their offering of sports.
Whereas it’s not even worth listing the obvious ones, some of the more niche ones include trotting, padel, beach volleyball and boat racing!
And that’s without even mentioning their offering of eSports, which is one of the most comprehensive in the market.
BetWinner’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
When conducting our BetWinner review, we looked at how the sportsbook tackles the issue of responsible gambling.
Whereas they do have a page dedicated to it that explains what it is, how to detect whether you might have a gambling problem and tips for Responsible Gambling, such as setting time limits, avoiding chasing losses and taking breaks, we did note that the only tool they have to help customers with this is the ability to self-exclude.
They don’t seem to have the usual tools that allow you to set limits on deposits and losses or that alert you when you’ve been logged in and betting for a certain amount of time.
They do have a link to the GambleAware website, but they could also do with having links to more Problem Gambling charities and support groups.
Final Verdict on BetWinner
Our BetWinner sportsbook review has left us with slightly mixed feelings.
On the one hand, they excel at such things as the number of payment options and currencies you can play in, the range of sports offered, especially eSports, the number of events available to livestream, and a good supply of ongoing promos.
On the other hand, they’ve somewhat neglected a few key areas, such as having a Bet Builder product and paying more attention to their Responsible Gambling duties. We also felt that the BetWinner sign-up offer had overly high wagering requirements, and BetWinner customer reviews complained about slower withdrawals than advertised.
So, it’s an interesting mix of things they’ve done very well and quite a few areas that are open to improvement.

Player Reviews

A 1xbet clone, with lots of markets and good odds (at first). Lots of odds errors for value-taking to be profitable. The app is fluid and offers the possibility of cash out, pre-match or live betting.
Beware of the big SCAM that blocks your money and makes it grow behind your back.
They claim that the security service will respond to you in order of priority. It's been 11 days and still no news, I've never seen anything like it in my life as a punter.
