Someone please help me with my Rm33k cheated by 12bet casino.

7-April-2013 (Sunday) is a good weekend and i take whole day to play with this casino.

From starting i play was everything look good and slowly become better and better, i really never think i can win this much at the end, With Rm33k.

In this casino i have deposit almost Rm10k above and i almost lose them all, but at 7-April-2013 (Sunday) i had won Rm33k above and time about 3-4am 8-april-2013, next day i wake up and go to work, after working hour i faster go in to withdraw my money.

Problem come out, my casino account show me with balance 0 (zero), i really say what is happening to my account, so i faster call the help with customer service of 12bet casino.

They trying to check and delay me with another 24hours, and ask me to send them a prove to prove them, i have won that much of money.

Ok here, normally we play with online casino will you really record everything or how you really get a prove that you have won money from online casino?.

Because i have this experience with this casino somewhere at march-2013, and at last they told me "Please take a screen Shot for your prove if you have any problem with our system."

i really shut up and do nothing for that, because i have nothing to prove them wrong and which i can't do anything that time.

but after all, i got won Rm5k and at the same day i withdraw it out, it take about 48hours to credit into my local bank account and which i happy with that.

so i have continue my game with this casino.

finally this is a problem to me and lucky i have screenshot to prove i really won Rm33k from this casino, and they say my screen shot is fake and don't want to credit back my Rm33k.

If someone can help me out , i really thank you so much.

How is casino showing as closed when they clearly have the operations going on, they are the most dangerous people, they don't care about the customers, so many times I have told them about my gambling problem. And I wanted to close the account permanently but all they do is acknowledge and no other actions are taken, they don't care and a horrible customer support.

Absolutely horrific customer service representatives and managers on duty. Did nothing to help me and were slow,abrupt and wanted to get me off live chat as soon as possible. Only asked for a free bonus or something to play on with and felt as if I had done something wrong to them. They suspended my account after they misread my request. I became a member at 12bet casino earlier this month, when I saw it added on AskGamblers. I noticed that they are a sister site to Jenningsbet casino and few other sites I've played at, and because I had no negative experience, I trusted them.

They are powered by Nextgen, Microgaming and few other softwares and I noticed that the live casino there will be available soon too. They offer a welcome package of 100% match bonuses for first three deposits and each has lower wager than the previous one. But I didn’t like them because of the wagering requirements, as the first welcome bonus needed to be rollovered 30x deposit+bonus and I consider it to be a lot.

I registered and made a 30€ deposit with skrill. Then I went to play a couple of hands at the blackjack table with 1€ bets on two seats. I played for about 10 minutes, at first I managed to increase my balance for few euros and then it only went down and I lost 6 hands in a row. So with around 20 euros I went back to slots.

I chose to play a Immortal Romance, which is my favorite game at the moment. I started to play with 0.30€ bets and I had a couple of 20x bet winnings, but still my balance was slowly decreasing, I even had a Wild Desire feature but it paid 10x bet.

When my balance was less than 10€ I managed to trigger free spins and what was very fortunate was the fact I managed to retrigger them twice, that for me is really rare. But most of the spins paid small and I ended up with 90x bet. After that feature I decided to increase bets to 0.60€ to chase a big win. My balance was jumping up and down, I got a free spins round that paid 30x bet and then again I was losing until I got 5oak Amber win. I played for about an hour and unfortunately at the end I did lose.

Overall I had a pleasant time at 12bet casino and I recommend them. Game selection was decent, but could be improved as well as the bonus options. Other than that I had no technical problems and had no need to contact support. Decent casino in my humble opinion.
