I have been waiting for over a week and my Zula account is still not verified.
I have emailed them a couple of times and got the same response that they have a lot of verifications to process and I am in the queue.
I have all of these emails as well as screenshots of my Zula account just for documentation.
I have none in the account that I have been waiting to redeem.
