I submitted my request for verification on May 26th, 2024 and run up quite some winnings reaching $40K at one point. I expected verification to take the standard 5 - 9 days.

Three days after the request on May 29th, I get a pop-up in browser saying they need additional documentation. I wrote to support and they said nothing was needed, my request is in queue.

Reached out again on June 5th, they told me my verification is in queue and it could take 3-7 days due to the significant volume of KYC applications they receive daily.

I tried reaching out again yesterday on Mon June 10th, I was told it was still in queue. No further information was given.

I've gone back and forth with my balance and hovering around $20K+, won a few contests from their promotions but I've been ready to redeem and it's just not happening without verification being processed.

I can provide more screenshots of reaching out to support, big wins, etc. Here is my current game history

My verification was completed just now and just awaiting the 1st withdrawal of $9550 (daily max) to process!
