I won 1000 on Zula and went to redeem and they asked me to do the verification process.

Well, that was on February 11th.

I waited 3-7 business days and then emailed them wanting updates and every time they told me to rest assured the team is working on it and pretty much trust the process.

I am depending on that money for rent.

I have the emails to prove that I’ve reached out many times and haven’t had that much help. I’ve just read that other people have had the same issue with this and wanted to know if there is anything you guys can do to help.

Here are some screenshots of the emails between zula and myself. I asked them to reset my account on February 11th due to me submitting the wrong bank account. I resubmitted the correct information the same day (11th). It is now February 27th and every time I reach out I get the same response. That my verification is still in queue and for me to please be patient.
