They say they acknowledge my problem, yet still won't unlock my account
Zula Casino locked my account for security purposes and want verification. They asked for two different cards and I was able to send one of them, but the other I have replaced since then so I don't have it. They are withholding $7500 of my redemption money and I don't know what to do. They say they acknowledge my problem, yet still won't unlock my account. Please help me get this account unlocked.
