My account has passed their verification process 4 times but they continue to reject my redemption stating it was for “invalid account information” I have provided them with additional letters and bank statements when asked, it’s a valid account that others have no issues depositing into but I cannot get any real assistance. My account is verified and within 12 hours my redemption is denied. This has been going on since 01/16/2025. I just want my money so I can never have to use their site again but their customer service agents are fake and they don’t really help you with anything.

$420. They denied it and reset my account information but have yet to credit me back my last redemption.

They have credited my Zula account back this morning for the failed redemption but they have closed all tickets and have not provided me any updates as to why or how my account is able to pass verification but they are getting an error when trying to deposit my winnings. Their only resolution has been telling me resubmit yet another verification when my account has never failed verification with them, it has passed 4 different times but 6 redemptions attempts have failed and I have no explanation or other option to cash out my winnings, they do not provide a secondary method to cash out.
My winnings were reimbursed and I was told to “kindly submit a new verification” this morning it was immediately blocked saying it was not correct when it was my utility bill like I have been submitting all along. They are blocking me from even being able to verify my account now because they are scammers. Stay away from this site by all means.
They also some how posted a fake 5 star review from my trustpilot account. If you look I gave them a 1 star bc that’s the lowest you can go. This morning I get a ticket alert that I submitted a 5 star review when I did no such thing!
