I’m worried I’m not going to receive my winnings from this website and was told to go file a complaint here. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting for my account to be verified after hitting a large amount. All I’m getting from ZULA support is automated responses so I feel as if the issue is being neglected.
I just want to start the redemption process because I know that’s going to take a while as well. I’ve seen great reviews for this casino I am praying they are accurate. I will fix this if it is resolved.
