Still waiting for my September 2023 withdrawal

Made a withdrawal on the 28th of September.

Got told it would take a few. days. I'm still waiting a week.

Interestingly a few staff members said it is still been worked on. Another staff member as. you can see has said it is in the final process and he has pushed it on.

Day 8 and nothing happening. Extremely disappointed seeing I deposited loads of money with this company. Great customer service but withdrawal time is very slow considering the website says 3 to 5 days and the staff themselves say that I should have had my money by now.

No deposit money and no-one is there to help or answer

One week ago I made 100€ deposit to my game account. Money didn’t appear! Since that I have contacted customer support every day. There is no normal answer. I must wait, I need to contact my bank and so on! I contacted my bank and they confirmed that payment was completed successfully. So this is clear that money is by them! Last days they don’t even answer my e-mails. One week has passed and still money is somewhere missing.

Withdrawal problem of 4500€

Hi,

I contact you because I opened an account on Zodiacbet at the beginning of December 2022. I won an important amount of money, around 5000€ and decided to withdraw 4500€ the 10th of December to get my winnings on my bank account. When I made the withdrawal I was asked to reach some documents (ID Card, Proof of address, Selfie with my ID Card). They received every document and my account was verified. I received an email that my account was successfully verified and that my withdrawal would be treated as soon as possible.

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my winnings and nothing has been done. I contacted the live chat and the support every day but every day they say that others is a problem with the provider and that they will contact me when my withdrawal is done.

I made some researches and saw that Zodiacbet is scamming people and do not pay out the winnings. I’m very desperate and angry and would like to get my money. I don’t really know if you can do something, I even contacted the Licence Provider but they are in Curaçao and I think it’s impossible for me to get my winnings without help.

So could you help me out to get my winnings I would be very generous if you help me out with my issue.

Lost deposit it is not credited

I welcome everyone. Unfortunately, I have to file a complaint, as waiting and trying to solve the problem did not lead to anything.

On November 4th, I made a transfer to a casino account. Cryptocurrency deposit - bitcoin. The money was credited to the casino account immediately, within 15 minutes (6 confirmations of transaction in the bitcoin network) Before that, I also made a deposit, which was successfully credited (litcoins)

Within an hour, I immediately contacted the casino operator and said that there was no charge on my balance, I was offered to wait a couple of hours. During this day and until the current time, I ask where is my deposit (you can look at the open sources of the transaction search that the money is on the casino account and the time when it was sent). After 24 hours, no one has solved anything, they tell me - we will solve the problem, we will solve it. But nobody decides anything. I would like to say that such a problem is common with the cryptocurrency method, this is not the first time I have had such a case, but each time I was credited with funds within 10-20 minutes after contacting me. Here I wait 24 hours and I do not know how long I will wait yet.
