On November 4th, I made a transfer to a casino account. Cryptocurrency deposit - bitcoin. The money was credited to the casino account immediately, within 15 minutes (6 confirmations of transaction in the bitcoin network) Before that, I also made a deposit, which was successfully credited (litcoins)
Within an hour, I immediately contacted the casino operator and said that there was no charge on my balance, I was offered to wait a couple of hours. During this day and until the current time, I ask where is my deposit (you can look at the open sources of the transaction search that the money is on the casino account and the time when it was sent). After 24 hours, no one has solved anything, they tell me - we will solve the problem, we will solve it. But nobody decides anything. I would like to say that such a problem is common with the cryptocurrency method, this is not the first time I have had such a case, but each time I was credited with funds within 10-20 minutes after contacting me. Here I wait 24 hours and I do not know how long I will wait yet.
