Pending withdrawal at Zinkra


I have been waiting almost a week for a withdrawal. Account is already fully verified, and multiple withdrawals have been successful in the past.

In their t&c, they state that withdrawals should normally be processed within 3 days.

I chatted with them on Sunday 5th Oct, then they had no information. I emailed them yesterday, but no answer to that yet.

Very happy with Zinkra so far, and I expect them to pay out soon. So my demand for this complaint is that they process the withdrawals.

Pending withdrawal: €4000 + account balance of €16061.

I can confirm that Zinkra confirmed all pending withdrawals. Thank you for following up.

Funds have been received for the withdrawals processed with method "Cryptocurrencies".

Funds have not been received for the withdrawals processed with method "CoinsPaid" with transaction ID 19031865 and 18952806. As this is also cryptocurrency and should be quite instant, I am a little bit worried that the funds are not yet in my wallet. Zinkra, can you please send me the transaction ID for the associated crypto transactions?

I am sure this will be sorted soon.
