Deleted balance problem

Hello, I have been playing sports betting and casino games on zinkra casino for a while.I had no problems losing in the casino, as expected.However, after making a profit from sports betting, my balance was deleted due to my violation of the terms and conditions, as stated in the attached e-mail . I don't know which rule I violated. I have shared my winning bets below I didn't even share what I lost. I would like to ask for help on this issue thank you
