Short and crisp;

2nd August submitted a withdrawal of 300€ after I won with my deposit of 50€

12th August as of today: nothing happened.

I've been told since Thursday 8th August, that my withdrawal will happen the next day.

Got worse lately with longer withdrawal times (4-6 days, but this is new - lol)

After reopening the complaint they send me 2 mails, in which they asked me to verify "my" mifinity and Skrill account (I don't have either of those, therefore I never used them for depositing)

Now they asked me to verify the payment method "Rapid Bank Transfer" again (verified already, made all my withdrawals via Rapid).

I've sent them another bank statement, they said it'll take up to 48 hours - will update as soon as I know more

Delayed withdrawal and on response on sending documents for verification

Hi the Casino is delaying my withdrawal of 550€ which i requested on 1st November.

On 2nd November they are requesting KYC Documents which i sent on the same Day see attachment 1

On 9th November i asked again as i heard no response in the mean time if they received my documents (also attachment 1)

On 10 November i go the live chat and tell them i provided all documents but heard nothing. They support wanted to forward it to payment deparment (see attachment 2)

On 13th November i receive Mail again asking for the SAME Documents again without any further explanation. They are just blocking everything and dont give me answer nor process my withdrawal (see attachment 3 + 4)

Please get them to provide explanation and process my money to me as i provided all requested documents.

Missing withdrawal of 23 000 dollars

I have about 23 000$ worth of withdrawal that has not been processed neither accepted for now 6 days. I try to contact the support everyday and every time they say they have written to the payment team and they will give me an answer shortly but they never do. I gave all the verification documents and they all have been approved but they still dont process the withdrawal. They never give me details on why its so long to process the withdrawals and they’re never able to have direct contact with the finance team to solve the issue. If i dont write to them via live chat they never answer my email.

I deposited 1000 euros on 15th of January for a bonus.

Account with around 5000 Euro was closed without any explanation

Dear Askgamblers,

Since months i am a regular player at X7 Casino and always have been happy there. I deposited several thousand Dollars (i believe 15k+) and when i had a withdrawal it always was processed fast and reliable. It was the place i liked to play most and i would have recommended this casino to anyone.

I was having email conversations with the Vip Support team and remember to get called by them on the phone once were they asked if everything is fine at the casino and if i wished for anything to wich i just responded yes and that i am very happy at X7 Casino.

Around two weeks ago i was offered a 125 % , 750 € Bonus(had to deposit 500 € min to receive it) which I had to wager more than 25000 € for and managed to win around 8000 Euros at the end.

I withdrew some of it and kept playing with the remainder.

And then from on day to the other and when i still had around 5000 € on my account - I wasn't able to login anymore - when I tried it said "account closed- contact support". I was in shock and contacted Live support wich advised me to email them at [email protected]. Which I immediately did. Two times w.o. any response after days of waiting.

Then I contacted live chat again and now was forwarded to a Vip Team Agent which told me that i should kindly note that my account was closed due to manager´s decision(!).

I asked why and told them that there is still 5000 € on my account which was answered by that there is no other information(!)

I must say i am in state of shock because i always trusted this casino 100 %.

I really hope that this is just a bad dream. I want the casino to apologize for this behavior and an explanation why they acted like this. I am asking the manager who is responsible for this to reopen my account immediately so I can play again or at least withdraw the money that is still on my account.

X1 Casino - Delayed withdrawal as a VIP member

I made a withdrawal request on 05.06.2023 of 501€. In the terms it’s stands all withdrawals gonna be processed within 48 hours. And since I’m a vip member it’s say the process is even more faster than for others. As soon as I made a win and a withdrawal the vip service is not answering me no more, but before that they offered me daily bonus through email. The chat can’t help just to wait, but I’m fully verified and I do understand delay with a reason but they can’t give me reasons. I just want my winnings, as they got they deposit. And as I can see the other complaints are about delaying withdrawals as well.

Hello I did a withdrawal at x1casino on the 10th of may. Their terms are saying the handle all withdrawals in 48h and now it has been 110 h since I did my withdrawal and it's still showing as pending. Have contacted the chat support several times and they are just telling me to wait. I have asked if I need to send in any more or new documents they are saying my account is fully verified and that the finance team is working 24/7. According to the terms and conditions this site processes withdraws within 48 hours max. I am waiting four full days now although my account is fully verified. X1Casino - I won 6000 and now canceled and account banned
