Greetings everyone. I want to tell you about my situation. I registered at the casino and made a deposit of about 100 dollars. I lost them and made a deposit again. And he won. I now have 495 dollars in my account. After I decided to order 45 dollars for withdrawal, the casino asked me to verify my account. I sent them a photo of my passport and a selfie. After they asked for a date. I also sent it, after which they asked for new photos with the date and inscriptions. I sent them everything. But in the end they closed my account and confiscated all the money. It turns out interesting. How do such bookmakers have some kind of rating? These are scammers. Never register. You won't get your money back, not even your deposit. I can’t attach screenshots from my personal account because the account was closed.

We are sorry but we had to close your account as per our terms and conditions, reasons being that we are extremely certain this account is a mule account. There are 2 reasons for this.

1 - You KYC photos are clearly doctored, same photo but with an ID photo shopped into it.
2 - You are from Thailand but your IP on the account is from Germany.

my account is still closed and there is no way to order money, they are scammers. you see, they open our dispute early in the hope that I will not answer and the dispute will be resolved in their favor.
