Hi all. I want to tell you that wsm casino is a scam. I made a deposit and bet on sports. My bet won and they gave me a refund. Afterwards they asked to go through verification. I sent them all the documents they requested. But they closed my account and took all the money 160usdt. The support says that I violated their rules, but they don’t say what exactly. Don't play with them. They will take your money any way they can. ASKGAMBLERS how you can advertise such scammers. I trusted you and your wsm casino rating. I already realized that I was not the only one who they deceived and took the money. Be careful

We are sorry but we had to close your account as per our terms and conditions, reasons being that we are extremely certain this account is a mule account. There are 2 reasons for this.

1 - You KYC photos are clearly doctored, same photo but with an ID photo shopped into it.
2 - You are from Ukraine but your IP on the account is from Germany and Czech Republic.

Casino kept my 495 usd

I played in this casino for half a year. Everything was fine. I made deposits and withdrew money. This casino has a high rating. And I enjoyed playing here. I trusted them completely.
One day I wanted to withdraw money and they cancelled the withdrawal. They said I needed to go through verification. I took a photo of my passport and selfie. I received a message that my identity was confirmed. I tried to withdraw money again. An hour later they cancelled the withdrawal and blocked the account.

Account closure with no reason

I opened my account at wsm casino on June 12. I made my first deposit and then 4 more deposits. The total deposits are about $200. After five days of using the casino I wanted to withdraw my money, $129. I was asked to verify my documents and then verify my address. Both verifications were successful. On July 3, my casino account was closed without any specific reason. I have not received any explanation other than a general statement of violation of the rules. I am convinced that I have not broken any point of the rules, I have not taken any bonus. Please help me to withdraw my money

Account closed with no reason and money confiscated

I created an account on 18th April and deposited 600 USD.

I was playing for a while, then noticed that my betting limits had been lowered.

I continued to use it for a few more days, and on account, I had around 1650 USD when I decided to withdraw half of my balance. I was asked for verification, which I passed (Standard verification ID + Selfie and verification of address).

The next morning, I noticed mail where they say that I breached some Terms and Conditions and that my account is closed and money has been confiscated. I was shocked and asked them for an explanation, but they didn't want to tell me details.

I am sure I did not break any rule, I am an account holder, I can give all the proofs.. I am very upset about this situation, and please, if you can somehow to help me to gey my funds.

Not getting my amount of 1400 dollars
