I had a win of $5000 6 days ago. I am only allowed to withdraw $2500 a week and even though I find that ridiculous at a casino its their rules. I submitted all the information they wanted and was told it was all ok and should take 2 work days to get the $2500 I am allowed to withdraw. Now its day 6 and I have e-mailed several times but they wont answer. After many attempts at live chat I am told at the end of the day yesterday.
Naturally not processed and now they say they need another 48 hours. Something is very wrong with their pay out system and their customer support.
