FortuneJack Casino - Won't return my deposit

REJECTED

The scenerio is this:
I accidentally made a btc transfer of .03 to the wrong adress, the adress i unintentionly made the transfer to was for my fortunejack account I was told by FJ was going to be deactivated. While waiting for the transfer to be confirmed so i could withdraw it back to the correct adress I played with it some and ended up growing my balance to over .4
I admit that wasn't smart on my part and I am 100% cool with forfeiting all the profits im just having a problem accepting their decision not to return my deposit to me. I've been emailing and live chatting with them for over 2 weeks now concerning this and either get no response, the chat closed out, or just a no. I was in this same scenerio with BetChain and they refunded my deposit back without me even asking.

Anyone think theirs a way i can get my deposit back? I'm open to all suggestions. Thank you

And for what it's worth I've deposited dozens of btc with fortune jack and easily am down thousands and this is $20 I'm talking about here, even tho my balance is over .4 and I have another .07 coming in a day or 2 for my affiliates which I know I'll never get.

To be more clear here's a timeline description

I brought .03 from paxful
I sent it to my fortunejack account by accident
While waiting for the deposit to get the 6 confirmations needed for withdraw I played and won .4 btc
Once the deposit was confirmed and I requested the checkout and my account got banned

But I had been told by them prior to all this that I wasn't welcome to play on the site. I had multiple accounts. But i still don't think them keeping what i deposited is fair at all

Here's some photos of one of my many live chats with them

It's the first chat in weeks which wasn't closed out immeditly. Unfortunately it was still a pretty one sided conversation, but it's still progress

Askgambler: Could you guys reach out to Fortunejack informing them about this if you haven't already? Ive tried emailing and live chatting a copy of the link but am pretty sure all my communications go directly in the trash.
Also do sites refuse to follow through with a the verdicts often?
Also do sites refuse the decision often? Is their any agreement between you and the sites regarding following through with the verdict? Or is it just about avoiding the reputation hit for them?
