Withholding Jack's Race Funds


This issue of bonuses not working has been going on for two weeks yet all they have is a small banner stating the issue with no estimated time of it being fixed. They are withholding money owed to myself and 49 other players that we earned through a promotion called Jack's Race. I am personally owed .02 BTC at the moment since last Friday. Each time I contact their "support" they have no updates, no managers are ever available. I was sent an email, image attached here, that said I would be able to claim my bonus funds I earned, yet when I go to do so it does not work. They used to manually apply this bonus and now in the new format you have to claim it and that is where the issue lies. So with this issue, they have delayed not just me for a week now, but also the payments to 50 players from the week before last and 49 players plus myself for last Friday's Jack's Race. They have not even provided an email update about it and customer service does not seem to be even trying to gain answers. How does it take TWO WEEKS to fix this? How do you treat VIP players like this? It's ridiculous. And my review for the casino was taken down which included the following statement:

You all do not care for your customers. You are withholding funds from Jack's Race winners by revising the format in which funds are applied. It used to be that funds were automatically applied and now conveniently the week Bitcoin is booming, your bonus system goes down and Jack's Race winners can't claim their funds. We complained about promotions and now you release them but they don't even work. You don't respond to any emails properly, your customer service is awful, and now your bonuses don't work so no one who won Jack's Race can even access the funds they won even though you sent out an email stating we could. No one can even provide an update on when we might be able to access them. When I ask for a manager, they are always either not available or they ask you to email the general support email address. I have legit waited months for answers before. They never own up to the fact that they are wrong on anything and just use very generic responses to get around answering anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE CASINO.

Firstly, let me express deep disappointment with the fact that our sincere apology was not excepted. I can assure you, the problem with bonuses was one of the hardest tasks we had to deal with for past year, are happy we handled it like professionals and are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience it caused to all the beloved users of FJ.

If the words are not enough and you expect more direct actions, I can also personally recommend you for our VIP program. Only, our program has requirements, and you can not meet them at this point, but we will lower our demands in this case. If you can guarantee a 1BTC deposit per week, you are welcome on board. Please, consider that chance of using benefits for VIP user will only be available for you since my recommendation and I expect this trust to be treated with similar respect.

Mutual respect is the essential value we believe our relations should be built on. We respect and value our users and their needs or attitudes, but expect them to respect our policies and approaches to. The service will only be complete when both ends of the rope are equally satisfied.

Secondly, If you are willing to cancel your account, of course, this is your privilege as well. However, to keep it fair, I think it will be reasonable to mark the complaint as resolved, as the initial problem of you not receiving funds entitled to has already been settled.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Fortunjack is not consistent in his actions! A fully verified account suddenly decided to be accused of having links with some other accounts! Clearly a scam!
