I won $1200 on the 1st July. I withdrew it using bank transfer as I did last month when I won $1000. On the 7th July I received an email saying they returned the money to my account as unable to process my withdrawal. No reason given. I then played $200 and tried to withdraw the $1000 on the 7th July. It is now the 13th July and I've just had the $1000 returned to my account again....

I have been playing with this casino for many years and I don't know what's changed but it seems to be getting all too hard to get my withdrawal. It's funny how they manage to process it sometimes and not others using the same bank account. I had the same problem last month when they put the money back in my account then they managed to do it all of a sudden.

There never was any problems withdrawing from this casino over the years but now it is getting rediculous with them keeping returning the funds to the account. Then you have to wait a another week for the money to be returned again..

I think I'll be looking elsewhere to be doing my online gaming..

Generally, it does take 3 - 5 working days to reflect once we process and release funds, worst case scenario, it could be a lot sooner.
