07:58Frank A.: In order to be properly assisted on this regards, please forward your queries to Accounting department through the ticketing system (otherwise you will not be replied). You may do this by accessing the Support tab>click on Player Support Center>once there, click on Submit a Ticket, make sure you select Accounting and fill out the survey thoroughly and then click on Submit to send the message.
