Keep on delaying €12,000 payment

I opened an account with Wishmaker and deposited £10 on 6th April but my account was blocked before I could use the deposit. Since then their website is no longer available in the UK so I emailed them to ask for my deposit back. They then asked for verification documents before they would return my deposit which I provided as requested. However, since then every time I submit a document they either claim it is unacceptable or they ask for something else, making the verification process impossible. All I want now is for them to return my £10 deposit, cancel my account and securely dispose of all the documents I have sent them.

I requested a withdrawal for £102.22 on, I think 9th April 2020. Wishmaker have blocked my account so I can't be 100% certain of the date.

I have sent all requested KYC docs, which have been confirmed as being fine over their chat facility.

They have now requested proof of purchase, which I feel is inappropriate considering they actually have a copy of my bank card.

Against my better judgement, I have sent back a copy of the bank statement in question with all other transactions obscured.

Today, I have again received the same canned request for KYC docs.

I would like Wishmaker to expedite my query so I can withdraw funds.

I am writing to complain about the service I am receiving at this casino. I have asked for a withdrawal of my winnings one for £300 and the next for £1000.

I got my £300 quickly and now have verification issues. I'm getting bombarded with duplicate emails in regard to my verification documents that they need. I sent these through email and chat countless times. I keep getting lied to by different people telling me different reasons as to why my payment is delayed. I am no further from any resolution to my problem I feel that they are purposely stalling me and making me jump through hoops for my money that I have won.

Totally unacceptable that this is happening. I have noway of contacting them other than the chat function and I keep getting fobbed off with different reasons as to why this is delayed.

Please resolve my issue

I have requested two withdrawals.

1. 28/02/19 - 2000 USD
2. 03/01/19 - 400 USD

Till now the status shows as pending, despite all the verification was done previously.

I have submitted complaint through the online chat two days ago, however no update was received on the same till now.

I would appreciate if the management could have a look in to this issue, as per the stated information its mentioned that withdrawals are instant.
