Casino unresponsive and withdrawal impossible

I've been trying to withdraw my money from this casino almost a year now, since 15th August 2025.

I've sent them several emails, and tried to contact their chat, but I have not received any response at all.

When trying withdrawal, their system just says that the user is restricted.

What reputable company does things like this? So far the website seems like a total scam, to say the least.

I won't give up until I receive my money.

Closed my account and ignored me after problem with opening games

So i deposit 10e on this casino, i tried severall games and severall different game providers but any of those games didnt open. I asked about this from customer service but they just asked open More games. I asked to withdraw my deposit 10e, not much i know but its money. They closed this chat and dont answer me anymore. I want my money back.

Winota refuses my support requests

To resolve another ongoing dispute, I urgently need Winota to provide me with information on when my account has been self-excluded. I know for sure this happened sometime in February. I have not received an answer despite asking them to provide this information three times and contacting also the live support multiple times.
