Withdrawal method not available and crypto method does not work

You cannot withdraw from winning Casino.

I deposited with skrill. The method for withdrawal is not available to me. So I had to request via crypto. I did this. It was pending for 5 days then got rejected. I think this is because when you select crypto and put the amount in the screen then just auto jumps to saying 'success', at no point do you put in the wallet address or coin.

I was told on chat by someone called 'Chris B' this is normal and they then contact me asking for the wallet and coin number (but would not let me supply it on chat). Obviously that never happened and the withdrawal was just cancelled.

I have done some research and see this site is related to vibebet and HNA Gaming. Who also are not allowing crypto withdrawals but not engaging.

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your withdrawal was successfully processed on the 6th of July and returned to the wallet address you provided. Since then, we have received no new communication from you. Can you confirm you received your withdrawal, please?

Also, upon checking, we can see that a document request was made as part of our standard KYC verification procedures when the withdrawal was requested, which was the reason for the delay and the cancelled withdrawal, since a reminder had to be sent for the documents.
