Dear AskGamblers team.

Yesterday 24.04.2023 I made an account with winning.io. I made a deposit of 2700 and won some. At the end my balance was around 6450. I sent my Passport and Passport selfie. Proof of payment method (Neteller) and today 25.04.2023 I was going to go upload my POA as I saw my account disabled. Even the VIP manager contacted me this morning to help with my verification.

I didn't use any bonuses or any kind of advantage play what was sited when I asked about this on live chat. This is pure scam. I want my balance paid in full as I didn't broke any kind of rules. I can forward you the live chat history via email.

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience on our site, this is something that we would have of course wanted to avoid. In some circumstances however additional security checks must be undertaken to ensure we fulfil our commitments to being a responsible operator.

Wagered my deposited in casino now remaining 2xtimes. All the verification documents are now finally approved. Made a first withdrawal requests of 4000€. Shouldn't be anymore issues. Will update here when money is received.

Verified my account then stalling on withdrawal and will not close account

My account has been verified at winning.io for 2 months. See attached. Had many deposits and a few withdrawals.

Not had a good experience, site is glitchy, games poor, support useless. SO withdrew my €175 and asked for account to be closed (Only deposited less the €500).

Wouldn't you know it, get an email asking for more KYC. Get this, a 2nd ID, selfie and source of wealth! SOURCE OF WEALTH!!!! For €500 in deposits (way under 2k which is threshold).

Sent in my swedeish passport and selfie, however I am a kept woman, so have no source of wealth as get an allowance from my partner, no tax paid or salary. Explained this but withdrawal still not processed.

I am starting this complaint to get this resolved but also to WARN PLAYERS of this casinos dirty tricks.

They talk about regulation blah blah, however they are operating in ireland illegally with no license from GRA. They ignore that bit though.

Withdrawal method not available and crypto method does not work

You cannot withdraw from winning Casino.

I deposited with skrill. The method for withdrawal is not available to me. So I had to request via crypto. I did this. It was pending for 5 days then got rejected. I think this is because when you select crypto and put the amount in the screen then just auto jumps to saying 'success', at no point do you put in the wallet address or coin.

I was told on chat by someone called 'Chris B' this is normal and they then contact me asking for the wallet and coin number (but would not let me supply it on chat). Obviously that never happened and the withdrawal was just cancelled.

Hello. Please help me understand the current situation with the casino. On October 28, I created an account at the casino. Made a deposit. I played in a live casino, then in slots. After I won the money 163€, I decided to withdraw it. I created a request on October 29th. And since October 29, my request has been under consideration. I wrote to the casino’s live support about the timing of consideration of my request, but as I understand it, the casino does not have clear regulations on the timing of consideration of withdrawal requests. They are not limited by time, i.e. any casino request can be considered within one day, maybe a week, or maybe a month or maybe even a year. And this raises my concerns that in this way the casino, with its unsubscribes, will delay the moment of approval of the withdrawal of funds. I am ready to undergo any verification if necessary. Please help me get my money or get information from the casino where they would give specific deadlines for considering the request.

Closed the account and confiscated my winnings without providing any reason

Hello, I won 3500 USD on winning.io, I verified the account and everything was fine, then I made a withdrawal request, even after 8 hours I contacted support to ask how long the withdrawal will take. Then a support worker with he asked if I could answer some questions, and I accepted after he said that it would be polite on my part, I will send the questions and all the writings by post. Then my account is blocked without any reason and when I want to check out why they have closed my account they sent me an email to ask for the crypto address to pay me the amount of my deposits. The amount of my deposits is about 1900 usd but I don't want to accept this much since I won and the winner belongs to the price that was won. Thank you.

Delayed payment more than 4 days

Hello. My situation is rather sad.

I signed up at the casino. Made a deposit. Got a bonus. I played this bonus. Scrolled through my deposit. I have been verified at the casino. I uploaded all the documents that were required of me. Then I received approval from the support service to withdraw funds. More than 4 days have passed since my application was submitted until today, but I still have not received my money.

The casino support service writes that due to the manual processing of applications, the withdrawal of funds is delayed. I asked to clarify how long they will consider my application. The support service did not give an exact answer. I asked the support service if they have a deadline for considering applications, they did not give an answer to this. It turns out that players in this casino are not protected from the fact that the casino can consider an application for withdrawing funds for a week, month, year, etc.

Please look into this complaint. I also apply proof that my application is being processed.
