Keeping my winnings on hold

Dear AskGamblers team.

Yesterday 24.04.2023 I made an account with winning.io. I made a deposit of 2700 and won some. At the end my balance was around 6450. I sent my Passport and Passport selfie. Proof of payment method (Neteller) and today 25.04.2023 I was going to go upload my POA as I saw my account disabled. Even the VIP manager contacted me this morning to help with my verification.

I didn't use any bonuses or any kind of advantage play what was sited when I asked about this on live chat. This is pure scam. I want my balance paid in full as I didn't broke any kind of rules. I can forward you the live chat history via email.

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience on our site, this is something that we would have of course wanted to avoid. In some circumstances however additional security checks must be undertaken to ensure we fulfil our commitments to being a responsible operator.

Regarding sports betting, we reserve the right to restrict access or deny bets at our discretion as per our terms and conditions. The relevant term for this can be found in the “Sportsbook terms and conditions” section under term 2.6.

As for the turnover of the deposit, this is something that is required in order to abide by our Anti-Money Laundering commitments. This is also stated in the terms and conditions prior to signing up with us.

Wagered my deposited in casino now remaining 2xtimes. All the verification documents are now finally approved. Made a first withdrawal requests of 4000€. Shouldn't be anymore issues. Will update here when money is received.
